Umbrella Liability

This policy covers as excess over the Comprehensive General Liability, Automobile Liability and Employer’s Liability policies and may offer other protection for which no coverage is provided on the underlying policies such as aircraft liability. There are no standard forms so check your policy carefully for exclusions, some of which may be: injury to performers or participants, coverage for work performed by others on the Insured’s behalf, worldwide liability, pollution & asbestos.
